Hi Experts,
Need your help troubleshooting this error. After our enhancment pack upgrade started facing this issue only in our ECC system.
When i try to add a update a owner to a ECC firefighter id I am unable to do so. I selected owner --> selected open after selecting the user I wanted to add more FF ids to --> selected add new entry--> search for FF ids listed --> No entries are getting populated.
If I try to update an existing FF id in the owners table I am getting a warning message saying invalid FF id
When I run the invalid emergency access user report - all the ECC ff ids are listed with invalid role under status column.
Things i checked:
Connection is successful
Configuration looks good
All FF ids have the role assigned that is defined in parameter 4010
Able to request a ECC ff id
Able to populate FF id logs
Able to update controllers table with FF id updates for ECC
Only issue is with the owners table.
Any ideas on what i can look at?

Hi Kiran,
could you verify from table GRACUSER, if all the FF ids appear. The FF ids are pulled from this table, from NWBC,for assignment to owners.
if not, you need to run the Rep Sync job
