Intermitência emissão de NFe

Pessoal, boa tarde.

  Estamos com problema na emissão da NFe onde algumas notas estão sendo emitidas normalmente e outras não... Ainda não consegui chegar em uma lógica (tem dia que emite 30 notas e trava 1 e tem dia que trava 10 e emite 1)...

  O que acontece é que alguns batch's ficam aguardando um retorno, porém, não dá erro e fica parado... Dificultando mais a procura da solução do problema...

  De forma paliativa estamos cancelando o batch e dando um "Continue process" na nota que estava para (manualmente), assim, ele cria outro batch que finaliza com sucesso (já aconteceu de eu ter que fazer esse processo mais de uma vez para que o batch fosse finalizado com sucesso).

Aparentemente a resposta do envio do lote não retorna para o GRC. Sugiro pesquisar por mensagens de erro no PI para a sender interface "BATCH*".

Eduardo, boa noite.

  Poderia por favor me ajudar com um pouco de mais de detalhe de como analisar esse problema? Onde especificamente procurar pelo erro? Aparentemente ele não da erro nenhum, só fica aguardando...

Oi, Sandro,

Vá no PI, transação SXI_MONITOR, e lá informe no campo "Sender Interface" o valor BATSR* (assim mesmo, em maiúsculo). Delimite a data e horário de busca de acordo com o momento em que teve o problema.

Acredito que devam aparecer mensagens com bandeira vermelha ou outros ícones diferentes da bandeirinha quadriculada.

Se tiver alguma assim, cola pra gente analisar melhor aqui.

Não consegui extrair muita coisa desta imagem e do extrato de XML enviado.

Por favor, me envie um print da tela anterior a esta, em que mostra o nome das interfaces que estão com erro.

Oi, Sandro,

Dá uma olhada na SMQ2 no client do PI. Veja se tem mensagens em estado de erro lá em alguma fila. Esses ícones que aparecem aí (bandeira verde e interrogação) representam o processamento da etapa de fila do PI.

Eduardo, boa tarde!

Tinha uma fila que estava com erro! O nosso servidor reiniciou no dia 26/05 e nesse boot ele zuou o horário! Estava com erro que o horário do Banco estava diferente da Aplicação (esse problema foi resolvido no mesmo dia 26/05), mas por algum motivo ESSA fila não voltou... Reiniciei a fila e agora voltou tudo ao normal...

Muito obrigado pelas dicas / ajuda!
