How to add control owner to control name/survey name

Hi Team,

New control was created recently from my client , they have requested to control owner to the control.

Kindly help us to know , how to assign control owner to control in GRC 10.

Dear Prasanna,

Under Setup tab in NWBC, click on Mitigation Controls, open/create a control, and in tab Owners maintain a Controller type approver and another/the same for type monitor,

Thanks for your reply , Sorry i guess i didnt guve enough information on my query.

The area which i was specifiying is related to GRC - Process control.

Survey name was given.And requested to add control owner for the same.

So just want to know , how to find wat control being used in survey and how to add control owner to that control.

Hello Prasanna,

if i understand your requirement correctly,

we will maintain recipient details in SPRO under workflow for Survey

check the below Path

SPRO>GRC>General settings>Workflow>Maintain Inbound E-mail Settings

Class Name:CL_GRFN_SURVEY_INBOUND in the Exit Name column and enter an e-mail address in the Recipient Address column

The string on the left side of the @ symbol should be for a username that exists in your system and can act as sender of survey
