Is there a possibility to create a template with a blank report?

Dear all,

I am creating multiple dashboards/ reports with SAP Lumira. Every time I want to use the same structure in the compose part (as shown below). I am using the blank report as I want to put the filters in the top section .

Though at the blank report the editing of the fields is tough, the copying and dragging takes here more time to get everything nicely fitted and as I have to make maybe 30-40 of the same structure for reports, I was wondering can you make an own template (with the features of the blank report so that I can keep the filters at the top)? So that I can save a lot of time spending dragging and copying.

Next to that is there a way of copying your report which you made in the compose part? Thanks in advance!
