Upload pdf file to vendor master data

Our business users want to see scanned documents along with vendor master data.

Is it possible to upload and store such information?

Do you have DMS (Document Management System) implemented in your SAP system? If not, you can use Service for object option in Vendor Master change screens and add the attachments.

I have a requirement where Vendor was creating using Custom transaction, there user is uploading the attachment and that will save in custom table. Created vendor can access using XK02/03 except attachments.

Now what they want is when they attach file in Custom transaction, instead of custom table update, attachment should be upload to XK02/XK03.

How can we achieve this?
