BPE in RED

Hi All,

In my Production system BPE is in RED, because of

Schedule background job for clearing report = not Scheduled

as in below screenshot

but if i check TCODE 'SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING' all are in green

Is there any other place to check to keep BPE in GREEN?

Hi,

You will find an error corresponding to this in SMQ2 t-code of PI Production system.

The error will be something like "Permanent error in BPE". Corresponding to this message first figure out the business scenario in PI. From it you'll get the channel of the corresponding BPM. Please stop that channel and delete that SMQ2 entry. After that start the channel again. Please let me know if the error is removed.

NOTE : Please keep a record of the message which you are cancelling, so that it can be retriggered.
