Hi All,
We have an issue wherein a same iview shows different view when different users login to view the same
Can any one please help me why this difference has come . I don't see personalization option provided as well.
we are using CE 7.3 .Please help on this regard .thank you .
User 1 -> Role 1 -> Correct view .
User 2 -> Role 1 -> Different view .
Hello Ghousia,
Check if you are getting any personalization again for this user.
Try to remove user personlization instead of object personalization this time if you get any.
If issue persist then remove role and add again. Also wanted to know if this iview is from standard package or customized application iview.
Thanks,

Hello Ghousia,
If role is same and users are getting different view then try this:
Go to System admin-->support-->PCD Tools-->Personalize Data Cleanup
now you will get drop down seach using user or object.
After clicking "Go" you can see all the personalize objects for user. Remove this personalization.
Log off and then login again, see if this works.

Could you remove assigned iViews to R1 and re-assign right one..
Dont forget to clear you PCD cache after this is done.

Gousia,
Could you do following steps
1. Clear PCD cache from System Admin->support
2. Clear local IE cookies and check whether behavior is same.
3. Also check iView property 'Group based Layout' .(if you dont want headers in search criteria s)
This is the property which is changing layout. It should be set to 'No'.

Ghousia,
I don't think personalization can be done on this level.
I am also using these kind of standard iViews. And the property('Group based Layout') mentioned
above causes this exact difference which you shared in screenshot.
We also had such issue, we asked user to clear their IE browser cookies so as to reflect change we did in Group based Layout property. And it worked.

Amey
