Webgui is not loading in html at sap portal

Hi friends,

We have upgraded our database from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.4.0, after that our abap tcode programs are not loading on sap portal.  while it is working and loading in ecc sicf test service. working and loading in ECC but not loading in EP.

And this is issue only with abap tcode not with webdynpro.

1. Same transaction getting executed in the back end system(ABAP system) using SAPGUI?

2. Is this any error message ?
