SMD agent down

Hi All,

SMD agent went down with below error message.Please help us to fix this issue.

Hi,

You may need to check the the secstore.properties file (in SMDAgent/configuration) .

You can set the mode here, but is there any upgrade or alteration recently happen. What is the solution manager version/sp you are using and what is the agent's version you are having.

secstore.properties file size is 0.Please let me know how to generated again.

Hi,

Take a SecStore.properties from another engine that uses the same version and database system.

   (the DB URL is complex and differs from e.g. MSSQL to MaxDB). This file should NOT be encrypted.

Also please don't forget to take the backup of old one.

The file  SecStore.properties

must remain consistent. Do not edit this file manually! Otherwise, the AS Java will not start properly.
