Maintain infotypes

Relationaship maintenance:

You need to create relationships only if the standard does not suffice. You need not do any settings here.

Maintain evaluation paths:

As for the above 4 points you have to run RHINTE00,10,20 and 30. That will suffice. You need not to do any settings for the transfer and integration of PA with OM and PD and also for consistency check.

one more querry OONR and PPOME Number Range have a difference

where OONR shows NR Status for 7000800

on another side I have Create a org unit 7000792

but system shows difference of 8

why???????

Hi Yamini,

The behaviour of number range is very much dependent on your customizing in NUMRG COMP (you mentioned this is "X") and resulting intervals

If this is set to blank then it means you don´t want to have a cross plan version number assignment in your system. This switch in T77S0 the system searchs for a number range for the active plan version

hence where it finds the range in active plan version if set to "X"

Please note that the internal interval must be indicated with 'IN' in field 'No', and the external interval must be indicated with 'EX'.

If the parameter is initial, and for example we want to create a new organization unit in plan variant 01, the function module will do this:

1- It will look whether a number range 01O has been defined.
2- If not, then it will look for a number range 01$$
3- If not, it will look for $$$$

Hi Yamini,

May be some body is changed existed number in OONR otherwise system wont take like this.

You are getting this problem in which server? DEV OR QUA OR PRD?

If it is Dev - Kindly change that number into correct number(whatever is correct) and try to create object type and let me know?

I m doing this all task in dev

I change NR Status as well but again it is showing the same

while changing I got one pop up from system that "Enter Number Level is smaller than the previous number level". what does it means... after saving again if i will open display changes not made it showing same difference
