Hi All,

I am doing a OSDB migration of our 4.6 C system from Linux (Oracle 8.1.7) to Windows 2003 (SQL 2005). Import step failed with the below error message

So I manually import the failed packages through R3Load process from command prompt and all completed successfully. Now I want to rerun the DB import step to complete the remaining steps after Dump import. Please let me know the steps to edit DBMIG.R3S and run the step from where it failed.

Hi Ponnusamy,

Check the import_state.properties files in your import directory and marked all completed import as + which means imported successfully, and then retry the sapinst.

+ denotes Successflly completed.

- Errored

0 - yet to run.

Also update your DBMIG.R3S files step OK where [Error] is there.

Let us know the details once you execute that.
