How can i check radio button bydefault as Male in IT 0021 .

you can use the user-exit include ZXPADU01. Before the include is available you have to activate it via transaction CMOD, enhancement PBAS0001.

         It is acheived thru User Exit.Ask your abaper to make it constant while screen loads...
