Dear Experts

We are using Flexible real estate management and we are using it for leasing in stores

could you please help me if it is possible to map the below scenario in SAP RE-FX?

-In case of we are leasing in a store and we want to link the sales division in SD with the Rental object as we want to map the sales of the store with the store as a rental object to map the revenues and to compare multiple stores

Hi,

There is no standard functionality of SD integration with REFX.

For sales of an individual Rental object, you need to map meters in the object which can store the Starting and ending sales of the month. Then that information can be used by Contracts via Sales based settlement to calculate the relevant rent for the same.

Dear Allaa Waked,

I guess that there is no standard method to connect the Stores sales to SD module directly from RE.

But you can use the sales based contracts to capture the sales of the stores monthly and you can use the same for your analysis as well.
