Confirmation category AB is creating stock in transit in APO

Hi ,

When order acknowledge AB was entered in PO, PO qty is appearing as in transit in APO.

When AB was entered in PO, on MD04 screen MRP element status is changing from PO item to shipping notification.MRP relevant check box has been selected against AB.

Here my issue is stock status should affect when i enter order acknowledgement (AB) in purchase order.

Please suggest me how can I achieve this without changing confirmation category configuration?

Are there any user exits available for MRP elements?

Hi Anuritha,

In this case logically the PO is in In-transit. When you go to MD04 it would show as "ShipNt" and this would increase your supplies (basically same as in PO but different element, example stock 100 & ShipNt 200, then cumulative would be 300).

Though your requirement is still not clear, but we have BADI MD_CHANGE_MRP DATA which could be used. Could you still explain your requirement.
