Add Description Column in Risks View

Hi gurus,

I need to add a column in "Assessments">"Risks and Opportunities" , filter with Type "Risk Proposals" and then in this view I need to add the column "Description", how can I do that? Please check image attached.

You can add or Modify the columns using tcode SM34 with

cluster VC_GRFNREPCOLUMNSC

But I guess this is for reporting. However, I access to this from: Assessments">"Risks and Opportunities" , filter with Type "Risk Proposals" , is this exactly the same?

i have not done customization,but you can give a try

other than this i don't see any other options to change columns in report.

But it is not report, it is in Assessments>Risks and Opportunties and then filtering by Risk Proposals
