Urgent help will be much appriciated !!!
We are planinng to perform homogenious data base refresh activity on our ISU and CRM system and source system is production and target system is quality systems.
Prod system :
ISU - EHP6 ECC 6.0 ( NW 7.4)
CRM - EHP 3 CRM 7.0 ( NW 7.4)
Training systems :
ISU - EHP 5 ECC 6.0 ( NW 7. 0)
CRM - EHP 1 CRM 7.0 ( NW 7.0)
Can you please confirm, shall we proceed with database refresh with systems though it having complete different SAP versions ?

You have to follow the SAP standard Homogeneous system copy method. Kindly refer the System copy guide from http://service.sap.com/guidefinder - Select OS /DB & SAP version

Hi Pavan,
You can go ahead and do the refresh unless and until your DB version is same and you have not upgraded the database.
You need to clean up the whole system for Database files apart from DB binaries. and change the SAP/DB profiles to match the 7.40 version and do a kernel upgrade too. Do verify your file structure once before that.
Also if its Oracle you may have to go to SSFS mechanism from OPS$ as 7.40 requires SSFS.
Also do refer the refresh guide as provided by Sriram.
