Enable reference key 1 and key 2 in journal input function

Dear all,

I find that there are two fields (reference key 1 and key 2)  in a GL docuemnt header of transaction FB03. but the fields does not appear in GL input transactions.  May I ask is it possible to enable these two fields in tranaction F-02 and FB50 so that I can input to the two fields.

When I click F1 to display the field definition, it said that the fields are currently can be filled internally(e.g. by FI substitution). But in other discussion topics in the forum, I find some discussions said the fields can be input when creating docuemnt.

May I ask whether these two fields can be enabled to be input in transaction F-02/FB50 etc...? If yes, how to configue the system so that I can input reference key 1 and 2 in create Journal functions?

You need to configure it in Financial Accounting-Financial Accounting Global Settings-Document-Document Header-Document Change Rules, Document Header (or go to t-code OB32).

Add 2 entries:

BKPF-XREF1_HD	Ref.key (header) 1
BKPF-XREF2_HD	Ref.key (header) 2
