What tools, SW/IDE are available to download learn ABAP?

Hi,

I am a newbie and want to learn ABAP.
I am a C++/JAVA programmer and want to pick up ABAP.

I am looking for various S/W tools/IDE that I can download from SAP and install it locally start learning ABAP.

Is there a thread that lists the tools available from SAP that I an use to start coding in ABAP and learn it.

Alternatively is the a cloud version of ABAP tools that can be used by logging in remotely on SAP website?
