Personas Launch button defect

Hi Guys,

We've installed Personas 2.0 and it used to work.

Lately, I'm getting an error when I try to select a linked transaction from a Launch button or when I try to Edit the Launch button itself.

The Launch button is basically not working, I get the following error message:

"An unexpected behaviour has been detected and you have been disconnected - please log in again."

The subsequent Error log file is attached.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, have checked all Services, Config, Roles...

Hi Adriaan, can you solve this issue?

I read that is a problem with kernel, I have now installed 742 with SP level 28, but I don't see how to solve this.

Hi Eduardo,

Sorry for the late reply, I am not currently working on Personas.

What I can tell you is that we are finding many Kernel release notes regarding Personas, so it is probably with the SP level.

We had the issue on 742 SP28, after upgrading to 742 SP101 it was solved.

We have recently upgraded to SP200 and all is still working.
