Create Confirmation for Purchase Order created by another Purchasing Group

Hi GURU,

I'm working on SRM system in the extended classic scenario.

My customer required the following process:

• Shopping Cart and Purchase Order created by Purchasing Group 1
• Confirmation created by Purchasing Group 2

During my test for the Confirmation Creation by user in Purchasing Group 2 I see the following error:User is not authorized for the action

Is an erorr related to the missing authorization in a role?

Hi Giuseppe,

you can simply check it via transaction SU53/SU56 - log for the auth. checks.

Couple of questions.

1.) Whether the user in purchasing group 2 was able to post the confirmation for shopping cart PO which has been created by the user in Purchasing group 1.

2.) Could you please provide some screen shot on which screen you are getting this error?
