Reminder of dates picks dates from It0019

This iView allows a manager to display the following data for his or her employees, including:

●      Birthdays

●      Service anniversaries

●      Dates from the Monitoring of Tasks infotype (0019)

The data is displayed in tabular form. The table contains the following columns:

●      Date (an asterisk next to the date indicates a reminder for a task from infotype 0019).

●      Event

●      Employee Name

The evaluation period is always a calendar month.

The employee name includes a link, which enables the manager to display in a separate window more detailed information on the employee. The General Data iView from the service General Information is called as standard.

The Event column can display links to data from the infotype Monitoring of Tasks (0019). This link enables managers to display the iView Monitoring of Tasks from the General Information service in a separate window.

Hi,

As per my knowledge, such standard workflow is not available in in SAP HR, If you want you can achieve this with custom workflow.
