Unable to view channels in communication monitor

I am unable to view communication channel in communication channel monitor in sap pi 7.4 , after I moved the code from development to quality.Please help in this regard.

Hi Akshay,

Please check if:

1. Channels are already visible in Integration Directory of Quality system

2. Basis has activated your Transport (as unlike ESR TR which gets Auto Activated, for ID objects Basis needs to do it manually)

3. Copy paste the channel name correctly and do search in CC moni (its chase sensitive)

4. Check the Cache notification / status in ur Quality system is up-to-date

5. Verify your transports

Hi Akshay,

Please check whether the Transport is successful or not. Try to find other Objects in the quality system. they will not get automatically activated , you have to manually activate them . please check your change list in Quality system and activate them.
