Unable to download Attachment SAP Work Manager 6.0

Hello all,

I tried both the suggestions. I am not able to download the attachments to the client.

Following is my push instance status in Admin Panel while monitoring. Push instance status is shown as in Process. What is the issue? Is attachment not sent to device from SAP?

Hi Karan,

You can also try in the Admin Panel to put in the IP Address  of the Agentry Server instead on the computer name .

Hi Karan,

The most common reason is Time Zone not being correctly configufured. Check example 2 on note 2116194.
