Process chain issues

Hi All,

1. Some time back there was network outage and since after that its been observed.The process chain(Meta chain) is completed and still the logs are in red color.When the interval of the Hourly chain was increased, the meta chain is not failing.

2.One of my process chain (transactional chain) does not complete, It will be stuck or hang in any step. Step where it stuck sometimes are Delete index,activate dso,DTP,create index,aggregates.

The chain which is mentioned in the second point is the sub chain of first point meta chain.

Are theses issue due to performance of the system or due to something else.

Could you please provide me the release information of the system like which support pack and which release your system is in ?

Also It would be great if you could provide me the screen shot of the job log or errors you are facing ?
