Consolidation Model is not available error when running Translation

Hello all,

I'm currently having the next issue: When running the translation feature from Consolidation Monitor, any progress is displayed. When running the translation package from Data Manager an error is displayed: "RUN LOGIC: Model Consolidation is not available" with no more details.

Have you ever faced some issues like this?

Do you have any suggestion?

Hello,

Can you confirm if the BPC environment is in active state?  This can be done from the web client through "Manage All Environments"

Hello Leila,

I thought if I had ADMIN authorizations, I could run currency conversion or consolidation from Consolidation Monitor even when environment was offline.

Hello Zaire,

Sometimes, the details of how a specific feature works changes from one version to another.  If you need to have more details you can create a support ticket to have it investigated.
