Hi,

Are you using QM module in your organization ?? . then use T-code : QA07 for this. this you need to run this daily.... of course this runs on batch management also. You need to maintain expiry in Material master in plant data/storage location view...

Hi,

QA07 runs on batch management....and all items ( hope they are materials ) should be batch managed. now maintain expiry as I told in material master. Then system automatically moves the stocks of the batches to blocked stock once they reach expiry... with out QM module also it works..check and revert..
