SAP content server error "HTTP error: 405"

Dear Experts,

We are facing a error while connecting the repository "HTTP error: 405 Method Not Allowed" and the settings are giving wild characters as shown in below screen. Content server is in windows 2008 r2 with IIS7.5 configured and database is maxdb.

The issue is solved by SAP as follows.

Make the changes in IIS:

        Double Click on the website >> Handler Mappings

        Select "ISAPI.dll" from the list >> Edit Feature Permissions

                   b) Check the tick boxes for "Script" and "Execute"

                   c) Click "OK"

Restart IIS and try to access the content server.

Dear Sriram,

I checked the windows roles and all the roles are there as per sap note,The link was working perfect for last one year, there was an unexpected power failure happened after the restart the issue happened.
