The issue is solved by SAP as follows.
Make the changes in IIS:
Double Click on the website >> Handler Mappings
Select "ISAPI.dll" from the list >> Edit Feature Permissions
b) Check the tick boxes for "Script" and "Execute"
c) Click "OK"
Restart IIS and try to access the content server.
