For ERP data if we want to get access to enable segmentation for contacts we must run CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL or CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT. For CRM do we also need to run reports? Are they the same reports or does CRM have a different set?
Does transactional data (e.g. Sales through CRM) get included in Interactions?
Where in the system (if anywhere) do sales orders appear?
