For ERP data if we want to get access to enable segmentation for contacts we must run CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL or CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT. For CRM do we also need to run reports? Are they the same reports or does CRM have a different set?

Does transactional data (e.g. Sales through CRM) get included in Interactions?

Where in the system (if anywhere) do sales orders appear?

Hi Cliff,

The same report can be used for ERP as well as CRM data extraction into "interactions" so contact segmentation can be done.  See below screenshot. 

sales data from ERP or CRM can appear in "contact segmentation" as shown below.
