Extract data from BW through BODS

Hi Team,

Can you help me to understand the extraction of data from BW through BODS? I'm seeing lot of blogs available in the other way round(BODS to BW) but not from BW to non sap system through BODS.

What are all the options available to do it?

How to check the data model/relations for SAP BW table for where the data is stored?
