Unable to edit the line item description

Hi All,

I tried to modify a PO and add a line from the cart but unable to edit the description field on line item, this is happening randomly, not in every situation. I am able to edit the same most of the times.

What could be the problem?

Hi Pankaj,

Can you check the document type selection layout, There may be some case where the document type will have different layout. If the behavior is for same document type check the status of documents like release status since the layout will change based on status.
