Calculated characteristics in MIC

Hello ,

I want to ask you please if we tick the calculated characteristics means that we will have to define formulas to calculate results of inspection without taking measure for inspection manually ?

if this is the case , where can we define these formulas ?

Thanks .

When you chose a MIC as calculated characteristic, you first set this in control indicators of the MIC. Later when you assign this MIC to a task list, system will prompt you to define the formula before you save the plan/assign new MIC.

It works like you need mean value of three results. Thus, you'll have four MICs and first three MICs would have individual results. Mean value of three MIC would populate in the calculated MIC (fourth MIC).

Basic formula would be like (C0010+C0020+C0030)/3 which need to be define in the calculated MIC.

Therefore, when you record results into three MIC against an inspection lot, you can simply put the cursor on fourth MIC and click on calculator icon above. It'll populate the mean value automatically.
