SP19 - Create GRC Request hangs when opening a second popup

We have upgraded from GRC 10 SP12 to SP19 on NW731 SP15.  We are using the SAP Portal with IE11 as the GRC Front End.  The SAP Portal System is at NW731 SP14.  We encountered the issue reported in SCN thread 3723385 regarding the System and Role Options not being selectable.  http://scn.sap.com/thread/3723385.  This note identified the issue as a rendering issue and included a like to a wiki page regarding Oss notes for resolving rendering issues.   The Oss Notes recommended in the wiki page below for NW731 were implemented on our GRC 10 System and the issue was resolved.  http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/2oQCFQ.

We have a follow on issue when attempting to create a GRC request.  After opening and closing one popup window, like Add System and the Select System popup, when you attempt to open a second popup the GRC screen turns grey and the popup never appears.  The GRC create request screen is hung or frozen and has to be closed.  The GRC Request cannot be created.

I am wondering if anyone has encountered this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

The issue is rendering.  SAP provided an update to Oss Note 2156710 - Unified Rendering for SAP Basis 731.   The new notes are Oss Notes 2185436 and 2185437.  These two notes resolved the issue.

Hi sue,

One strange issue with GRC NWBC is that your Internet Explorer browser needs to be set to 100% zoom level.  Not 90%; not 110%, only 100% works properly. Give that a try.

Hi Ken,

Thank you for your response.  We were aware of the Zoom Level issue.  Making sure the Zoom Level was at 100% did not resolve this issue.  We have identified this issue in all of our WebDynpro Applications in both ECC and GRC.  This appears to be an IE11 issue.  We have opened an issue with SAP.  I will update this post once we have a solution.

Thank you,

Sue
