No status object is available for ORD #1

We are opening new approval year in investment management module using IM27_REPEAT Tcode.

However, we are getting following error message:

No status object is available for ORD #1

Message no. BS001

Diagnosis

When trying to read the status of an object (ORD #1), a system error

occurred: For object number TM0000000001OR there is no status object.

Procedure

Please contact your system administrator.

We checked SAP Note 179324 but it seems to be for old support package.

Hello

When ever such an error occur , start your debugging and create break-point at commit work and rollback work.

Now f8 , when the execution stops at commit work, just check the ABAP Stack and you will see the EXIT/Custom code in which this commit has occurred,

The error usually occurs when an unexpected commit work is called.

We contacted SAP and they provided us an auxiliary program which deleted the meaningless records in table IMZO.
