SAP IDM 7.2 Provisioning Frame Work Not Getting Imported while moving from SP8 -SP9

Any one encountered the below Issue during IDM 7.2 SP8 - SP9 Upgrade. We are facing a very weird Error/Warning when trying to import the IDM 7.2 PF2.

Warning  : The group group '3/Provisioining FrameworkVersion 2/30A10589-DBBF48CC-8810-E3F451B3ABA8' already exist in the Indentity store 2/SAP_Master.Do you want to continue Import anyway?

We have followed the same steps of Importing as mentioned here :

Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

Hi Vivek,

Do you have PF1 already installed? If so, please send a snapshot of your Tasks folder.

Try installing PF2 to a different folder in the IDM tree.  Sounds like you have a conflict somewhere with a previous version of the Framework.

Thanks for the Reply. yes we do have old PF Installed and it is lying under  Enterprise People  -> SAP Master.

We Tried Installing this as per recommendation to a different folder in IDM Tree .But still we recieved same Error.

I am sending you the snapshot of the Task Folder.

Hi Vivek,

Strange issue you have here!

Could you please check the table mc_Group and confirm the folder/Group doesn't exist with the same GUID? You could also check the ImXport log file in the SAP IdM directory for some clues.

Hi Vivek,

Check if in the window just before click on 'Update' , there is any job/task combination which New versus Updated.

If Task is [New] and linked Job is [Updated] then Delete the job then again try to import and then import should be successful.
