Hi Veera ,
The user should be available [ If you are already checking in the server where the DB is installed ] .
If its not create a new user , supply the initial password and execute
dscdb6up -create sapmed <Password> [ as <sid>adm ]
Thanks ,
Manu

Dear Manu,
Issue had solved. Thanks for your valuable information. It is very helpful for resolving issue.
Actually Some SAP ID's are deleted in OS level, I have recreated new IDs and then given administration, DB and services related authorizations, then restarted the server, then applied your commands in DB level then started the SAP system. Know it is working fine.
Once again thanks for your support.
Thanks & Regards,
Surendra
Hi Veera ,
Check whether the user id is locked in the Os level ( sapmed ) , If its locked unlock it .
If not locked try to login ( as sapmed ) to the OS with the userid /password . The correct password needs to be updated
Login as <sid>adm
dscdb6up -create sapmed <Password>
Or
dscdb6up sapmed <Password>
Thanks ,
Manu

Dear Manu,
Thanks for your valuable feed back, but no ID available in OS level. Know what to do?
Only these ID's are available in the system:
ID: Administrator/medadm/db2med/guest(disable)/G
Groups: DB2ADMNS_MED/DB2USERS_MED/dbmedadm/dbmedctl/SAP_LocalAdmin/SAP_MED_GlobalAdmin/SAP_MED_LocalAdmin
Thanks & Regards,
Surendra
