Are you trying to add a logo into a "Email" notification? or a on-screen pop up?
If you are trying to add a logo into a email notification template then please refer to the following thread:
First you need to store the company logo(which is required) in GRC system MIME repository i.e go to SE80(t-code) and save your logo there.
Path needs to be followed while storing logo is as below
And in your email notification document, write the below code
This has worked for me in the past, but worth pointing out that as the server address will be different in each of the different GRC systems (Dev, QA, Prod), the template will have to be manually maintained per system, i.e. not via transports.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I have maintained the logo in the UR folder. If I execute the http URL, I can see the logo.
Could you please tell me where exactly did you put the <img> line in the http code to check if I have set it correctly?
And in which view did you set it?
Thanks,
Kind regards,
Hey,
It is easier to put the code within the Document class in SE61.
Find the template document you wish to modify and add the html code in wherever you wish the picture to display in the email.
In our case, we put it in the footer area, i.e. at the end of the text, therefore it came up with the "Kind regards" bit at the top.
