Supplementary Count Sheets

Really sorry if this is covered elsewhere.

Is it possible to link creation of a supplementary (Formatted blank) count sheet to the creation of PID in MI31 (or elsewhere) when cycle counting in IM.

Usually we create docs using the criteria 'Only Materials W/o zero stock' as the number of materials that the counter may come across not on this list is small compared to the massive list of possible materials/stock types/batches for the storage location in question.

I realise this could be supplied as an external sheet but would be keen to use SAP functionality where possible.

The standard Sapscript form for inventory document is INVENT, the allocation to the report is made in transaction OMBU.

IMG > MM > message determination > Assign forms to reports

Since SAP doesn't provide a solution to your requirement you need to develop form and program by yourself.
