Custom Development Management Cockpit (CDMC) configuration

Hi,

We are planning to update our current ERP EHP6 landscape to EHP 7 and want to utilize Upgrade / Change Impact Analysis  of CDMC to understand  the impact that a support package or upgrade will have on any custom developments in the system.

Our current solution manager system is 7.1 SP8 level. Can someone let me know what will the steps to follow to use this tool for my satellite system.

What are the steps that i need to do in solution manager and my satellite system for this to work.

Hi Murali,

I checked the note but it talks only about installation and post installation. I need to know where i can see this option in solution manager and how to start using it.

Please help in providing required information.

Hi Srujay,

To understand the impact of the upgrade you can make use of the Scope and Effort Analyzer (SEA) .This report will give you the name of the custom codes which are impacted as part of the upgrade/support package.
