Triggering Wrong workflow

Hi

Shopping Cart is created but SC is not going for approval to immediate manager but it is triggering to other person for approval.but checked in the Z tables approver manager is showing correct.

can any one advise.

Application Controlled? Process Controlled? Standard Agent determination? Custom Determination? Code used? Where used? BADI? BRF Rule? In the custom workflow?

Its a Custom Workflow

Its a Process controlled

Its a Standard Agent determination

Its a standard BADI "BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI"

But wrong approval flow is triggering for only one Shopping Cart.

Hi Poorna

Check for the implementation of standard BADI "BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI". There must be some custom code - receheck the determination logic of the same.
