error while TO creation

I am getting error message L3061    while creating transfer order.

Error due to inconsistent database  ( Storage Bin 10-01-10)

There are some inconsisetencies in the system. A storage bin that is marked as not full has no available bin section for placing pallets into it.

What corrections I need to do.

KZVOL indicator in LAGP is not getting set to X may be due to some custom code by us.

But can I know exactly when this field is getting set to X in standard is it at the time of creation of the TO or at the time of confirmation of the TO.

Compare entries in LAGP and LQUA.
Select entries in both tables by your problematic storage bin.
Also post the main screen from LS03N for that bin.

Get back with the results, screens.
