Loading data to SAP HANA using SLT method from oracle/SQL server database

Hi All,

I want to load the data into SAP HANA using SLT method,Please can you explain the steps involved in it.

I have to apply some transformation rules(like date format,uppercase,null etc) on source data,Please explain how to achieve it.
