Archive AAE xml messages in SAP PI7.31

hi friends,

i have configured the archiving  AAE messages in  PI7.31. but i see only partial messages are getting archived and remaining are still in Database.

i have followed below link.

please let me know if any one had this issue or any ideas.

Hi Allamudi,

Can you check what is the status of Archiving monitor

NWA-->Operation Management-->Data and Databases-->Java Archiving cockpit.

Here you might get the error log why the messages are partially archived.

Share the log with the basis team and ask them to looking in to the error.

hi vishnu,

i have checked there and session is successful and write ,delete phase completed with same count. there is nothing in log.

even in background job also saw successful and count of messages correct. but when i checked in message moni in database tab i see lot of messages still not archived.

Hi Allamudi,

If you didn't find any issue in archiving cockpit, and the logs showing fine, then can you please cross check the retention period that you have maintained for the messages to remain in database before it gets archive.

Hi All,

we are getting different error now ..every time when i scheduled job..i see this error.

this is EOIO message and no xml messages are archiving.
