Hi Matthew,

I am enclosing a mail which i got from SCN support.

Hello Jacob,

thank you for drawing our attention to this. Apparently, the issue is a bit more complicated than it seems to be, as two types of action are messed up here - "message marked as helpful" that was un-done immediately causing 5 newly granted points to be removed by the system accordingly, and "message marked as correct" that didn't trigger any points to be granted. I will need some time to test and investigate. I will get back to you once I have an update. I apologize for inconvenience and appreciate your patience here.

Thanks for sharing the details. I see the same when I check the logs, the marked correct action does not seem to have been recorded. Let's wait to hear from support. I can award the points manually if there is no other option. Please let me know what you hear back in the next few days and we will take it from there.

I cannot see the case you are referring to, but please provide more detail here if this does not address your question.

It is showing the helpful answer in his reputation, but as per the discussion he has the correct answer .

This is unusual because the logs show the marked helpful event, an un-marked helpful event, but not the marked correct event. But I see the marked correct star on the thread. Let me look into this further and get back to you.

Hi Caroleigh,

I had raised this to SCN Support and got a mail reply with case id: 190934 , So thats y i quoted the id, The person marked my answer as helpful first and then made it as Correct Answer, so ideally i should get 10 points.
