Dear Experts,
Need some pointers regarding the automation of a repetitive task involving EWA
Is there any automated way to track the rating status of each topic that is reviewed in EWA?
Example: For the month of May, if an EWA report of SID contains - 3 critical(RED), 2 Warning(Amber) alerts, we need to track the action items in a sharepoint tracker or the excel sheet. Is there a way to automatically read the EWA report and identify the RED and Yellow Alerts from SolMan?
Any inputs on this would be helpful.
Thanks

MAI has built in metrics for EWA and will trigger for yellow/red alerts; if you set the alert to also create an incident within SolMan you can not only track the fix, but how long it is taking to get it fixed.

Why should we do this ? That is one last task for humans to do in an EWA

On a lighter note... if that was the case, this industry would have not grown this much. Probably you are looking at smaller landscapes.
For an environment with 300+ production systems and that too EWA items tracking as KPI doesnt sound so light
Definitely, this automation would save those repetitive document reading efforts !
