I can only load ID for USAGETYPE from transformation rule load Reobject.

thanks so much

Hi,

As you have figured out that your requirement is not standard. I'm not sure how you are going to use the description of the property or what exactly is the requirement. However, if you intend to do so,you may need to crease "description property" - one for each.( not a great idea. I'm proposing what can be a workaround). A BADI in transformation can be used to upload your "description propertry".

You are mixing Standard model approach and Embedded model approach.

In Embedded model each property has ID and can have Description.

In Standard model Properties have Descriptions only (that can be identical to IDs sometimes).

So, just load Descriptions of your Properties and forget about IDs.

Hi Hung,

Where are you going to store the text?

Just to be clear, you want to load USAGETYPE as a property of a dimension?

Yes, Andy

I know Standard model Properties have  only ID not including description. So I want to ask for help how to customize or how to do to meet customer's demand.

thanks

Hi Hùng,

In that case you need to create a new property in BPC, and use routine in your transformation file to extract the description.

Dear  Vadim

Why? it's my customer's requirement.

I think it's a limitation of BPC
