Dear Maria,

Yesterday you sant me the document in which annual estimate reading will always be half of the frequency cycle ?

please let me know.

Hi Ramesh,

Thats an unrealistic value. This is mentioned at the end of the document.

You need to enter the estimated value which its going to run for a year.

When you are maintaining the Running Hours, then you cannot have estimate more than 365 * 24 = 8760 hrs.

Pl. Note : Do not mention any names when you are posting the thread. This will effect other experts to participate for resolution.

Hi Ramesh,

I guess you need to read the basis of SAP PM. Please refer below link. This gives the definition of all SAP fields and processes.

Scheduling Parameters - Customer Service (CS) - SAP Library

Additionally, please go to Maintenance Plan... on the shift factor field press F1, this will; provide you standard meaning mentioned by SAP.

Finally to understand more, please create / schedule a plan and change the shift factors and Tolerance limit, this will make you to understand the impact of these fields.
