Initial Load Problems SAP BW Connector / LDAP error 1 - Date format

Hi Experts,

after my first Initial Load with the BW Connector I get for each entry a date error. I have used the template in VDS and the job template in IDM.

I have the same settings like in the blog

Unfortunately I have not found any solution..

Pass: Transfer current attributes

How can I fix this date error?

Hi Florian,

does this happen on Oracle? The expected datetime format from the error message looks much like a datetime column from a SQL server database. On Oracle, the datetime format depends on NLS_DATE_FORMAT and might look different by default.

You could either change the query used in the source of this pass to include a conversion via database functions (e.g. to_char(...) on Oracle), or add a custom JavaScript in the destination pass to take care of any fields affected by this problem. I guess the primary suspects are ModifyTime, ExpiryTime and CreateTime, but ChangeNumber might also be worth looking it (it uses the timestamp datatype on MSSQL).

Yes we have a ORACLE DB...

I have added a script in the destination pass.
