ex. there are dependencies of type action which need to be converted into procedure, so is it possible to this ? also is it possible though any mass maintenance transaction or report?
I don't think its possible , atlest i haven't heard of it.
If numbers are low you can create it manually and assign the newly created to replace the obsolete ones. If numbers are high you can think of LSMW or BDC to get it done.
