GRC AC 10.1 - Mapping Custom Field to Backend System Field

Hi experts!

I have a dude. I have created a custom field for access request and now, i need to map the value of this field to another field in target system (field is "REFERENCE USER").

¿Is this possible? ¿ How do i configure this mapping?

Im working in GRC AC 10.1 SP07.

Thanks a lot!

Hi!

Finally i figured out how to map this custom field.

First, in tcode SM30, table gracv_acfield i created next entry

REF_USER is GRC name field for user reference and REFUSER is techical field name in target system

The, in LDAP tcode, in LDAP Server option:

Z_USER is custom field.

and finally in IMG GRC->ACCESS CONTROL->Maintain Mapping for action and connector Group:

and it works!

Thanks!

Hi Emiliano,

i observed that , i already(SAP defined) have REF_USER(and not REFUSER) as field name for back-end system(for HR trigger), as well as for LDAP. So, could you justify, how REFUSER worked for you, because one field cannot have 2 names.

Could you let know your SP.

LDAP mapping to SAP

table gracv_acfield

Hi Plaban!

REFUSER is technical name for REFERENCE USER in my target system, so in gracv_acfield you have to map AC field name with Target system field name.

Im working in GRC 10.1 SP07

Hope it helps you!

Thanks for your reply!

Yes i had already done that, but now (doing some test) i think problem is with "assign group field mapping". By now, i have configured it like this:

I believe "System Fld Name" is wrong, but i can´t figure out wich will be the right value.

Any chance of logging into the respective target system and checking the technical field name by right clicking the field and seeing the details?

I believe the Table you may need is USREFUS.
