solman 7.1 sp12 what to do after basic configuration and managed system

Hi experts, i've been installing and configuring a new sap solution manager for PCOE certificatin, i just finished solman_setup-> basic configuration and solman_setup-> managed system configuration(for some internal test systems),but i don't know what to do next, i been reading i need to install wily introscope agent through solman, however when i try to run :  http://<host>:<port>/smd y get the message:

"Root Cause Analysis Setup has been moved

Call transaction SOLMAN_SETUP from the SAP GUI to configure SAP Solution Manager."

Can you recommend me what to do next? what are the order of the steps i need to apply(oriented to incident management and PCOE requeriments) ?s

Hi Lius,

WIly can be downloaded and installed on the host on which solution manager is running.

Now, all solution manager functionalities can be read from below URL.
